    This is a can of worms, sad to say. If payments are up to
    date, I think that I would look to make arrangements that
    everyone is happy with. I would think that the house isn't
    worth what it was 3 years ago, and you're looking to take a
    loss on it. You DID sign the loan. So did your ex. You're
    equal owners in the eyes of the law.
