Post: CA: taxes

Posted by Cathy Ann on 1/17/10

I live in a house that is in my husbands name although, I
pay the note. My question is; do I have to claim the
interest that has acrued through my payments, or just let
my hustand have that write off being as his name is the
only one on the loan? My house payment is 1900 a month. Is
it worth hassling with him over who will get the write
    off? What do you think?
