    So actually I have no claim even though he put my name on the
    deed? We are estranged - though still legally married. He will
    eventually throw me out whenever he feels like it when he can
    find someone to charge higher payments too. I probably would be
    better off renting from strangers having my own apartment if this
    is the case.
