Post: IN: FSBO helper?

Im thinking of offering services to help for sale by owners
and am curious if I may be crossing a legal line I'm not
aware of? I am not a realtor, but I am starting a website.
My thoughts were to offer to list the home on my site, give
them a yard sign, take photos, give staging advice and host
an open house for them. Am I crossing a line offering these
services?
