Post: SC: DSS and Grandmother

Posted by Alan on 1/28/10

Hello, mid 2008 we were visited by a DCFS worker explaining
to us that we (myself, my sister) were not being educated
    properly, which was true.

Now that all of us are back on the right track with homework
and the case is coming to a close, our grandmother (whom we
live with along with our father) decided to start
complaining about every little thing she could to our case
    worker. Thus prolonging the case.

My grandmother tends to speak to the caseworker alone, when
my father is not home. Is this legal?
