I had to speak to an attorney regarding this, (which was his
suggestion,) plus asked me for the fee for this matter, which I
gave. The only thing I did was to fill out about 12 sheets of
paper, and that was it. This happened over 3 years ago. I
paid 4 thousand, I do not believe the little paperwork the
attorney did warranted 4 grand. It never went to a judge or a
    court.

Under these circumstances I do believe I should get it back.
Anyway I started the process, by asking for it back. C'mon
    after 3 years?
