Post: CA: Fake Lawsuit?

Posted by Donald Miller on 2/07/10

One of my co-workers supposedly suffered a concussion in a
    car accident over a weekend.

She came back to work a couple days after and appeared
fine. The following day, she went and visited her doctor
and came into work the next day and stated that she was now
involved in a lawsuit and that nobody else could know that
    she was working.

She has been away on 'sick' days ever since.

She basically admitted to us that she could and should be
working (we already knew this), but that she would be out
for the rest of the week to essentially make it look like
she was more injured than she actually was. I am thinking
this has to be a fraudulent activity but don't know how to
    proceed.

Who do I report something like this too? It is important to
note that I would love to see her fired, and doing some
time for lying would be nice.
