This is a civil matter and does not involve you, so there's nothing for you to report. You are not in a position to call this a "fake" lawsuit since you do can not and do not know all the circumstances of the accident, why she's working, etc. If she is, indeed, involved in a lawsuit, the other side will find out as the litigation progresses (it's called "discovery").
