MOTHER VS YALE ATTORNEY. HELP! Attorney needed for an Orange County child support case I am an unemployed, stay at home, law lamen mother. Father is a Yale law school graduate, high powered, high income attorney. Father is very high profile in his specialty of law; this case would most likely be present in the media. An attorney that thrives on winning against all odds needed. We were never married and haven't resided in mutual residence since 7 moths pregnant. He voluntarily paid and supported our son and me for the first 2 years, with minimal presence in our sons life. Since December 2015 he has not visited nor given any cash financial support. I am currently collecting cash and ebt state assistance; child support services opened a case 1/11/16. Father has entered litigation with the DA and is claiming that I've obstructed his visitation. I'm in dire need of immediate temporary support order, my son and I will need to move 5/30/16 and do not have family in the state, which puts us homeless. Desperately seeking pro bono services or greatly reduced fees, delayed payment plan or anything I can afford that works for you. I've already exhausted all other financial help during the last 5 months. All free legal aid is either for domestic abuse situations or do not provide child support case assistance. Please help us. We need a people helping people passion.
