Recently I filed a case in Massachusetts small claims court
against an out of state company. I'm in Massachusetts and
the company is in Texas. The other person didn't show up
and I got a default judgment against them.

Two questions:
1. What are my options now and do you think it’s worth
pursuing it? It’s for $3500 approx. I don't think they have
any property in Massachusetts.
2. Since they are out of state and if I don't do anything,
do I need to inform the small claims court that I'm not
taking any action or anything so I'm not harmed in anyway
for not informing then?
