Is it legal for Human Resources Administration to ask for
the Termination Letter from a job , after the person
received unemployment benefits and in fact , terminated the
benefits , in the state of NY ?To me , the fact that
unemployment was granted means that the reason for job loss
has already been investigated by the department of labor .
