My sister had a stroke, not expected to live. Lives in
Seattle, and I live in Mn. I need to take care of the house
and bills, but since I don't have a power of attorney,
can't do anything.

I am the only relative left. How do I go about to be a
guardian and conservator. I need this process expedited,
since the house is locked up and I need this to gain access
to the house.

About how long does this process take. Can I do some of the
paperwork through faxing, etc. and then just go to court
when the date is set? Approx. how much does this cost?
