Good afternoon.

I was hired in December 2012. A week later I was having a
casual conversation with my boss - he wanted me to tell him
a little about myself. He then asked how old I was. I told
him I was 45. He acted surprised and said he would have
never guessed, etc... I thought he was just trying to pay
me a compliment. Well, less than a week after this
conversation, I was laid off. Is there anyway to prove that
my age played a part in my boss's decision to let me go?
