I am haveing a issue with a water company, the law says
that the service line that runs through my property has to
be increased in size from 1 1/2 to 2 inch, the water
company says that I am responsible for the installation of
the bigger pipe, the service line that is already there
feeds 4 houses on the other side of my land?
My question is am I responsible for thier line?? and if
the law says they have to make the water line bigger, how
come they have not been forced to upsize the line
