Board of non-profit did not know payroll taxes had not been
paid for years. We relied on the entity that the state
'hired' to provide administration for Behavioral Health
services, like our residential substance abuse facility.
Our center is closed. Should we have been able to rely on
state or their entity to have made sure these taxes had been
paid? Can we sue them?
