Hello,I am hoping you can help me.

We were divorced officially with judgement entered in Feb,
2011 The judge was Linda Davenport in DuPage county. Our son
was 6 years old at the time of divorce and was to enter
first grade at a new school in 6 months.

    Facts in the Agreement:
-Myself and my ex-wife agreed to Joint Legal Custody with
    equal 50/50 parenting time
-I am responsible for: "100% of educational expenses for
each year commencing with the 2010-11 school year until he
graduates, as well as 100% of all other school expenses,
including registration fees, books, uniforms, lessons and
    other extracurricular expenses."
    -"Child support is reserved"
-Ex wife is the "primary residential custodian for purposes
of school enrollment" -I am responsible for Medical, Dental
and Optical insurance coverage and expense We are equally
responsible for any expenses not covered by medical, Dental,
Optical Insurance. -The legal agreements do not address
expenses for Child care, babysitting, etc

    Facts of our situation:
-We have been operating under the agreement for 2 yrs, 2 months.
-We both work full time and are gainfully employed
    -I make about $65,000
    -Ex wife makes $45,000
-Ex wife was in graduate school at time of divorce and has
since graduated with an MBA last summer
-I have voluntarily paid 100% of expenses for Before/after
school Child care including transportation ($150 per week)
    for 2 years
-I have voluntarily paid 100% of expenses for Child Care
during the summer months ($180 per week) for 2 years
-Ex-wife has not contributed to these Child care expenses
-Ex wife did pay 100% of a seperate evening child care
center that was necessary when she had evening classes
during her parenting time. (She did not tell me about this
    child care service or arrangement)
-Other than a few clothes, food, etc, she pays no
significant expense pertaining to our son.

I now would like to ask my ex-wife to contribute to our
    son's child care expenses.

Please advise based on your opinion, experience and/or
knowledge of this Judge: -Is my ex-wife responsible for some
    of the Child Care expenses?

-If so, what amount? 50%, 40%? Thanks
-Are these Child Care expenses typically classified as
"Educational expenses" or "extra curricular activities"
