Hi,

Just wondering about the Florida/Federal gun statutes. Say
a felon buys a gun from a private seller and signs a bill
of sale with their license and the previous owner does a
transfer of that gun with the authorities. Then say he
buries it because he only wants to use it when he's ready
to commit suicide.

Question is, if they cannot find the gun, can they still
charge with any crime. Any crime at all, even if not
possession.
