My husband spent a year of a ten year sentence in prison
for possession of cocaine and a violent burglary. he is
still on parole for such matters. Three years ago, he was
arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia (the
latter dropped) and completed his year of probation,
completed his community service and paid his fines. Tonight
he was transported to county jail for possession of
marijuana and paraphernalia once again. This is in Oklahoma
(all in different counties.) What may happen?
