So I live in CA, and my ex and kids live in KS. Last year
my visitation was court ordered during summer. This year we
did it without the lawyers and I have in writing that she
will bring me the kids and on what dates my parenting time
will be. I am responsible for transportation costs because
I am the one that moved away. However, she has stated if
something comes up and she can't make the flight. She will
not reimburse me the 1200$ for the plane tickets. Since we
have agreed to this visitation in writing would I have to
sue her for the travel costs if she doesn't bring the kids?
What are my options
