I was in a vehicle driven by a family member and he picked
up a person with some copper pipes that wanted to go to a
recycling center. At the center he claimed he had no ID and
needs one to cash the metal in, so I volunteered mine.
Turns out the metal was stolen and now I have a summons to
court for Larceny in a Building and Receiving Stolen
Property. I never laid a finger on this metal so I'm in a
bind. Any advice would be extremely helpful and
appreciated...
