I have had three attorneys look at my medical records as to pursuing a medical malpractice lawsuit. Allthree said i may have a case but it would cost more to litigate than i could get from it. One did say that if i gave them thirty thousand dollars up front they would take it. I have additional records since then that a ct scan reveals a (large foreign object) n my cervical spine. Also i was legally disabled retroactive to 2006. I beleive many doctors violated the americans with disabilities act while treating me.Many reports look as though a full exam was done when in reality questions were asked and the doctor left the room. So, I am wondering if asking for investors woyld be. a viable way to go to pursue a permanant way to address my medical issues?
