Post: NY: BIlling Prcocedure

I was wondering if i can report an attorney for billing an
attorneys rate of $350.00 per hour for work that was done
by an unliscensed paralegal? She charges her rate for the
work her paralegal is doing...is this legal and can it be
brought up to The NYS Bar Association?
