    First, I don't know why you piggybacked your question onto
    something that has nothing to do with your question.

    Second, you are in a state where the employer can dismiss you for
    any or no reason whatsoever (so long as it has nothing to do with
    being in a protected class, i.e. based on race, creed, religion,
    age, disabilty, etc). Therefore, your employer does NOT need a
    reason to dismiss you.

    Third, a warning can be verbal. It's your word agaisnt your
    employer's.

    Fourth, it is your word against your employer's. If you think
    you're entitled to UI bens, then you have appeal rights. Use 'em.

    Fifth, if you think you have a "Case", get a lawyer.
