Post: OH: Firing a Contractor

Posted by Elizabeth on 5/16/08

Generally speaking, does a consumer have the right to fire a
contractor for not completing a job to their satisfaction?
Does a signed contract automatically bind a consumer to pay,
even if the work is sub standard and incomplete?
