Post: HI: bug bombed by other half of duplex

My family and I were repeatedly bug bombed by the people
who live in the other half of my duplex. They did this
repeatedly and after I told them when they first moved in
that we shared attic air and that they needed to warn me
before using pesticides since i do not use pesticides.
My sons have asthma from this. The doctor tested my son
and said he could not find among the normal allergons what
was causing the asthma. I figured it was the bug bombing
on the day when he had a horrible asthma attack and that
same afternoon I saw her throwing away 2 bug bombs and she
admitted to setting them off that morning..She also
admited to setting off a bug bomb in a legal document.
Are there any lawyers who can help me? I live in hawaii
