    Judges's orders prevail

If she does NOT show up in court it is automatically
    contempt of court.
A warrent could be issued by the judge to pick her up.

If she has been ordered into court and she does show up.
The judge will hear her reasons for not following his
    previous orders.

He will deceide then what type of punishment for not
following his orders will take place.
