Look at the citation. There should be a date to appear on it,
and/or a person or number to contact for the date to appear no
later than. Don't let it pass, you will add a "failure to
appear" charge.

Being under the legal doesn't guarantee a not guilty finding.
The charge is "driving under the influence of intoxicants" -
not at any particular level - and the standard is "impaired".
