    Does your son get visitation? then go with him till you get it
    straightened out. Doe CPS have a case open on grandson?
    Grandparents do have visitation rights in many states, find out
    about that first. The look at the governing statutes. If you are
    not completely sure you understand the statutes tho, I suggest
