First Question, what did the legal citizen get fired
    for?
Was his employment at will employment or was there an
    employment contract?

The supervisor, is he an employee of the company the legal
    citizen works for?

Being an illegal citizen, is not the issue.

The salient point is the employment security will determine
make a determination if the citizen was dismissed for
    misconduct.
The other issue of the supervisor being an illegal alien
    is the company's responsibility.

The citizen dismissed, can check his or her statues of
their state unemployment. The statues can be found on the
internet in the state this firing took place in?
