    OK, it seems to me that he two actions against the company, a 1984
    action perhaps. Even if the illegal thought he had the authority to
    fire him...well a person who is not a judge cannot make decisions in
    cases. If he is not allowed to be here to start with, isn't any of
    his actions fruit of the poisonous tree? The company could be at
    fault for hiring him and then ratifying his actions. could always make
    the argument that the firing was against public policy as well.
