He was given the authority to fire you by the company that hired him.
If you were to get your job back on this technicality, which you won't,
your company would fire you, because that's what they authorized your
supervisor to do on their behalf. And your whining isn't going to make
them want to rehire you.

End of that story.

If you report the illegal alien, he MAY be deported. IF he is illegal.
Which YOU have no actual personal knowledge of. The company MAY be
required to pay a fine. Or not. AND you WON'T get your job back. AND
you WON'T win a judgement against them because they wanted to fire you
and their legal representative (whether he was here legally or not)
fired you, and they would do it again with a different employee given
the chance.

End of story. PERIOD.
