I have a laywer that is handling a workman's comp claim.
The claim has been settled out of court and he has not told
me how much he settled for. He agreed to charge 20% plus
other charges and was to charge the company for these
charges. Now he is trying to make me pay additional medical
charges which he said they did not pay. What can I do?
