Dec 2000 I had the misfortue to slip and fall off the back
of my FedEx truck.While in the mean time the other driver
backing up got my left knee pinned and crushed between the
2 rear bumers. Since then I've been threw thearpy and
learned how to walk again, but I have prement joint damage
in my knee.Workmans comp paid for time off for my broken
leg but doesnt want to pay for future time off or surgies
that I need because of the joint damage. im having to
secudal my surgrie under my health insurance,so hope fully
I can get better.Since workmans comp has turned me down do
I have a personal injury case against FedEx for my pain and
suffering. Benn out of work for almost 11 months and I see
no daylight in sight.
