Sounds like a great Personal Injury case. I would assume
that your attorney has filed or will be filing a lawsuit
soon. It would be best to get a "Personal Injury" attorney
for the Pain and Suffering damages. The Workers Comp
attorney may or may not be able to handle this part of your
situation. Many W/C attorneys deal with W/C only, and not
the subsequent PI Lawsuit.
