i hurt my back and neck at work at a nursing home ,in 97 i recieved workmans comp .and they paid medical bills and medications, Now the insurance company refused to pay for my medications for my back and neck injury , i have not had any surgerys ,lots of rehab and nothing helps
my workmans comp paper says medical benefits for as long as neecessary.i do not have a attorney and i dont know what to do now.. Please help if you can also i live in virginia
