I recently found out that after 8 years of paying child
support that the child was not mine....I stopped paying
when I found out ...she is after the back support
now...they are garnishing my wages...the courts ordered a
paternity test and she did not show up for...I waited 2
months for the test to come back and was never notified
until the other day that the child wasn't tested....I
continue to have money taken which is really causing me
tough times....anyone have any answers out there...can I
sue her for the 8 years I paid??
