I was fired from my job because I failed to report hitting
a pole with the rear end of my tractor trailer. The owner
of the pole told me not to worry about the damage because
it could be bent back and was to minor of damage. My boss
found out about this and fired me, and now is denying me
unemployment over this saying that it was negligence. Can
he do this?
