My father lived and worked in New York State. He was run
over by a coworker on May 5, 2001. I need help. Was the
workmans comp supposed to go to the estate and not just to
his widow.She signed a settlement 3 days after he was
buried, and no administrator was appointed to the estate
until 5 months later. My sister is co administrator with
our step mother. Now there is a question on how to go about
getting this settlement to the estate. The widow is getting
monthly payments, only until her death. Please help me. I
am willing to give a large part of anything I get just to
