I have been on workmans comp since October of 2000. I had
back surgery on May 3, 2001 with no success. My hospital
bills are being billed to me and should not be. I get a
check from Dept of Labor every month and all my bills get
paid, i.e. mri's, cat scans, office visits, but will not
pay for my surgery which is up in the thousands. They say
the reason is, is the injury is not related to work injury.
Oh please, can you believe this. Need some
HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPP.
