My sister is employed by a nursing home. She was kicked in
the face by one of the patients in October. This resulted
in her falling backwards and seriously injuring her back.
She was in a wheelchair and then crutches for at least a
month. She has a large family. Her husband is not able to
work due to a disability. She is behind in her mortgage and
will most likely lose her home. What recourse does she have?
