    ALL BUT MAJOR MOTIONS AND TRIAL should be briefed & decided by
    on-line filings. For a low cost ($7.00/mo.) database try
    versuslaw.com. All state and fed jurisdictins & EZ to use but
    mostly go back 5-15 years.
