My husband works in the woods logging and his bose had bought all of his stuff and my husband had to were chaps that is for if you get cut it stops the saw so you dont get cut and the ones his boss bought for him were way to short. And on oct 4 he was cutting some lems off of a tree and one of the lems came back and hit the saw and slamed it into his leg and the saw stoped right at the bone and he had to have surgery to repare the akilles tendone in his leg and he had to go two months to pheysical therepy and even after therepy he still was having problems and then on may 14, 2002 he had to have surgery again because the scared tissue had two of his tends bonded together. We do not have a layer because everyone we talk to says he does not have a case. We need help do we have a case for pain and suffering or any thing or not. And i have been the one taking care of him and it has really put a lot of stress on me and my menstural cycle is all messed up please someone help us .
