July 2001, my husband, who is a mechanic, got his hand
caught in a power window regulator. it has a scissor
action. it fractered the bone just below the left pinky
finger. was off work 6 weeks, and had 4 months therapy. dr.
has advised 20% permenent partael disiability as a result.
now workmen's comp wants to settle. to this daythat area of
his hand cramps up with nerve damage pain. what should he
be settleing for, any ideas???????
