The company's rules and regs. would indicate how those days would be handled. If your job was union then your rep. would be the one to complain too. The other thing is WC has a published set of regulations that are available to you for a fee. You have to request them, and read every page. WC has their own set of surprises that most people do not understand until it is too late. You have to very careful of any answers you give to the WC rep. they will try to make you think they are working for you when in fact they are just working to get rid of you off of WC. A lawyer that does mostly WC cases is needed too make sure you are being treated fairly.
