i slipped on a wet floor at work...im a waitress..hurt my
right elbow bad..hit on my right knee..and left
arm...workmans comp paid me 1 week check of $41.00..i had
to have shots in my elbow..and drained ..for over a
year..had to have surgery on my left hand and elbow in oct
of 2001..and surgery on my right elbow..in march of 2002..
ive been off work all this time..having problems with my
right knee.. workmans comp paid for the surgery on right
elbow.. but i have not recieved any payments sisnse the
first time.. should i have been getting paid all this time?
they refused to pay for the left elbow..and hand..and now
my right is begining to bother me bad.. i cant afford to go
to the dr..what can i do?
