    If you can tie your injury to the accident, workers
    compensation should be paying for the medical.
    If you were off work due to the injury at work, you should be
    receiving weekly benefits.
    Did you give proper notice?
    Your time to file a claim may be running out. I would suggest
    you speak with an attorney who specializes in workers'
    compensation.
