    With a verbal agreement you both really have nothing to go on.
    In fact, legally speaking you are the owner of the car. I am
    assuming that you haven't transferred the title yet. You can
    just go an pick it up. There is nothing that they can do to
    you legally. You own the vehicle and thats that. If they
    refuse to give the vehicle back, report the car stolen. I am
    sure that they will return the vehicle. I wouldn't even tell
    them that you are coming for the vehicle. Just jump in it and
    drive off. I hope that you kept a copy of the key. The worst
    case is that you will have to have it towed to where you live.
