    Roosta! You and Mary gave friend some good advice a while back,
    thanks. Maybe some for me? No sad story - behind on car
    payments, want to return it. Have cancer and won't be using
    credit or returning to work. By the time it is processed
    legally I should be finished my business. I have moved out of
    state, have no income and they do not know how to reach me which
    is why the car will be dropped off. They do not have an office
    in this state should I drop it off at any police station or what?
