If you have a good lawyer(litigator) and he is working on
a commision basis, probably 20%, after you win, believe me he
might not seem to be doin alot of work right now allthough his
paralegal is putting everything together such as a labor
market survey going by what the workmans comp doctor has told
you about your injury, such as your limitations, and how long
you can stay in one position such as standing, sitting bending
pulling reaching and so on and so forth. That will be the
basis of your arguement or claims against your employer. Stick
with the truth, remember everything the judge and the lawyers
asked you and always respond to the same answer with the same
    reply you had made before.
Drop me an e-mail if u have any questions. Those
workmans comp lawyers are real shadey. Even when you are
telling thtruth you feel like you did something wrong even
    though you didn't.
    E-mail me with questions.
