I had a couple of near heat strokes on the job and have
been off work under a Doctors care. I have missed going on
3 months work and have not been able to return because of
my in-abillity to cope with the heat. My Doctor says that
I may never be able to tollerate the heat. Is this grounds
for workmans comp? Has anybody ever heard of anything like
this before?
